These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, Product and Services available at https://metadata.blog website (the “Service”) operated by metadata.blog (“us”, “we”, or “our”), under the ownership of David Fox.
Your access to our services are subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published and that may be published from time to time by us.

Intellectual Property
The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with metadata.blog and its licensors.
Copyright
All content on metadata.blog is copyright either
- (a) the author(s) credited with the page, post, or comment, or,
- (b) for pages which do not credit specific author(s), of David Fox for pages which do not credit an author,
except where another source is specifically credited (e.g. for images embedded in a page).
Such content may not be shared or re-published by anyone else without permission of the copyright holder, except as allowed by the laws of USA and of any country where it may be re-published.
For Authors of Posts and Comments
The authors of any post or comment (hereafter Submitted Content) submitted to metadata.blog warrant
- that they hold copyright over the majority of said Submitted Content,
- that they grant a royalty-free license to metadata.blog and any legal successors to share the Submitted Content, in whole or in part, with any visitors to metadata.blog or its legal successors,
- that metadata.blog makes no guarantee to publish Submitted Content or to maintain access to such Content, and
- that any portions of said Content for which they do not hold copyright have been properly credited to the copyright holder, and that such portions are either

- used with the permission of the copyright holder, or
- constitute fair use under U. S. copyright law
Should the authors (or legal successors) later discover that any portion of said Content does not comply with condition (3) above, the authors must notify metadata.blog within ten (10) business days, so that metadata.blog can remove such portions of the post.
Furthermore, the authors of said Content assume full responsibility for any copyright violations in the Content, and agree to indemnify metadata.blog against any such violations.
Finally, the authors acknowledge that metadata.blog will allow visitors (including but not limited to search engines, indexes, and archives) to crawl the contents of metadata.blog, including any Content therein, and that such visitors may reference or quote their post under the terms of fair use. The authors warrant that they will not hold metadata.blog legally responsible for any such use by publications not affiliated with metadata.blog.
The license granted per condition (2) above may be revoked by the author by electronic mail (email) to , specifying the name and date of submission, as well as the published name and URL . Ideally, such notice should originate with the same email address used in the original submission; if not, the message should describe why it was not possible to use the same email address. Upon receipt of such notice, metadata.blog will take reasonable steps to verify that the request comes from the original author, and will then remove the Content from metadata.blog. The authors acknowledge that such removal will not guarantee removal of any portion of the content from search engines and other indexes or archives not affiliated with metadata.blog, and that they will not hold metadata.blog liable for removal of content from any unaffiliated sites.
metadata.blog reserves the right to remove any content submitted under the terms above at any time or for any reason, without notice or explanation to the author(s). metadata.blog will make reasonable attempt to notify the author(s) via electronic mail with seven (7) days, of such removal, but the authors release metadata.blog from any legal responsibility for either the removal or failure to notify them of such removal.
Third Party Services
In using the Services, you may use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party (“Third Party Services”).
If you use any Third Party Services, you understand that:

Our Services are provided “AS IS.” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. metadata.blog and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither metadata.blog, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of USA.
The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in USA.
Changes
metadata.blog reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.
If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective.
Your continued use of our Services will be subject to the new terms.
